Responsibilities

  • Generate leads weekly using PLACE systems and convert into qualified appointments.
  • Consult with buyers and sellers, securing agreements and guiding clients through transactions.
  • Negotiate offers to deliver the best results for clients.
  • Conduct at least two open houses monthly to drive business and market listings.
  • Manage tasks, activities, and client progress within PLACE Technology.
  • Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team activities to continually improve skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and marketing homes effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
  • Build client relationships and guide them through every step of the process.
  • Generate and convert leads using company tools and your own networking.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
  • Continuously grow your market knowledge and professional expertise.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid real estate license.
