Qualifications

  • Active real estate license required or currently in the process of obtaining one
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide conversations naturally
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and consistent with lead generation and follow-through
  • Organized and able to manage multiple clients, conversations, and deadlines at once
  • Coachable and growth-minded with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Team-oriented and collaborative while still able to work independently
  • Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering a high level of client service
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to stay focused without constant supervision

Compensation

$88,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
