Our training includes scripted dialogues, interactive role-playing, accountability frameworks, and one-on-one mentorship, all aimed at equipping you with the skills needed to succeed quickly in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities
• Learn and implement proven lead generation strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
• Participate in daily training, script practice, and coaching sessions
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Host open houses and community events
• Follow proven systems for prospecting and database management
• Track daily activities and maintain accountability goals
• Provide excellent service to clients throughout the buying and selling process

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
