What You’ll Learn

• How to generate and convert real estate leads
• Conducting buyer consultations and showings
• Writing and negotiating contracts and offers
• Using CRM systems (Brivity) to manage and follow up with clients
• Time management, daily structure, and income-producing activities
• Communication, sales, and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and participate in all training and coaching sessions
• Follow up with company-provided leads and new inquiries
• Assist with showings, open houses, and buyer activities
• Practice scripts, role play, and lead conversion skills
• Build and manage a pipeline of active clients
• Track activity and progress using company systems
• Work toward becoming a fully independent, producing agent

Qualifications

• Real Estate License (or desire to obtain one)
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Coachable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
