Your Responsibilities:

• Work leads we provide, plus your own sphere and referrals
• Handle buyer and seller transactions start to finish, from showing to closing
• Show up for ongoing coaching and training
• Use our CRM and marketing tools to manage your clients and listings
• Grow into leadership or mentorship as your production builds

You're a Great Fit If You Are:

• Active Texas real estate license, or in the process of getting one
• Coachable, open to structure, comfortable with team-based lead gen
• Strong communicator with clients, lenders, and other agents
• Self-motivated and serious about building a real estate career, not just a side gig
