Responsibilities
- Successfully finish the PLACE Launch program.
- Build and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their unique real estate requirements and guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or leasing.
- Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to market properties efficiently, maximizing exposure and attracting prospective buyers or tenants.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to provide clients with accurate pricing and market information.
- Collaborate and engage with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your network and enhance your real estate knowledge.

- Must hold a real estate license in Washington State or in Real Estate school to join our team.
- Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply!)
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
- Eager to learn and focused on growth.
- Well-organized and prepared.
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Recently obtained your license? We welcome your application!
- Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
(Compensation is commission-based and earnings are estimated.)
Compensation
$60,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
