• Build relationships and provide an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and host open houses
• Follow up daily with leads and manage your pipeline in our CRM
• Prepare and negotiate offers, guiding clients through every step of the process
• Leverage our tech stack, marketing systems, and transaction coordination support
• Participate in team training, events, and community activities

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License (Required)
• Full-time commitment to real estate (no part-timers)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Motivated, coachable, and willing to follow proven systems
• Reliable transportation and smartphone

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
