  • Licensed agents working full-time or those preparing to get licensed
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience or 3+ closed deals
  • Strong local market knowledge or a commitment to quickly becoming a neighborhood expert

Responsibilities

Client Services & Sales Execution

  • Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from first consultation to closing
  • Conduct high-impact buyer and listing presentations using team-provided frameworks
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize client outcomes
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication using team-provided CRM tools

Lead Conversion & Pipeline Growth

  • Convert inbound leads from team sources (YouTube, SEO, events, past clients, etc.)
  • Conduct prospecting calls, database nurturing, and lead follow-up (minimum daily standards)
  • Host open houses, seminars, and client events to generate new business

Market Expertise & Content

  • Stay up to date on local market trends, pricing, and inventory shifts
  • Participate in neighborhood research and marketing to support our Boston Street Pulse brand
  • Create short-form content (Reels, client tips, neighborhood overviews) with team guidance

Team Collaboration & Accountability

  • Attend all weekly team meetings, 1:1 coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops
  • Follow team systems for lead tracking, contract workflows, and communication protocols
  • Share ideas, wins, and challenges to foster a culture of growth and excellence

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Massachusetts real estate license (or in process of obtaining)
  • Full-time commitment to real estate—this is not a side hustle
  • Ability to work in-person in the Greater Boston area (with some flexibility)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings, events, and client needs

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of real estate experience or 3+ closed transactions
  • Proven track record of follow-through, self-discipline, and time management
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar)
  • Comfort with video, social media, or marketing tools—or willingness to learn

Bonus If You:

  • Have experience working with move-up buyers, affluent first-time buyers, or investors
  • Are coachable, feedback-driven, and focused on long-term success
  • Want to be part of a team that values strategy, systems, and service over salesy tactics

Compensation

$100,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
