We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Real Estate Agent to join The Artisan Group, one of Colorado Springs’ most trusted and top-performing real estate teams. As part of our team, you’ll spend your days connecting with clients, consulting with buyers and sellers, hosting open houses, writing and negotiating offers, and staying ahead of market trends in your designated area. You’ll have access to dedicated marketing, operations, and transaction support so you can focus on doing what you do best — serving clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch and consistently implement team systems
  • Execute lead generation activities each week using proven PLACE strategies
  • Stay on top of all market activity in the 80922 and 80923 zip codes, including new listings, price changes, and pending sales
  • Consult with buyers to identify homes, secure signed agreements, and guide them through the purchase process
  • Consult with sellers to list, market, and successfully sell their homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing presentation
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
  • Conduct two open houses per month to grow visibility and generate leads
  • Track tasks and activities within PLACE Technology to stay organized and accountable
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into qualified appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice, coaching sessions, and team trainings
  • Engage in team activities and weekly Partner Calls per team standards

Qualifications

Requirements and Attributes:

  • Active Colorado real estate license
  • 2+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player who thrives in a supportive, high-accountability environment
  • Learning-based and growth-minded, eager to sharpen skills and embrace new systems
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Comfortable learning and using scripts and dialogues
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable within PLACE Technology and team systems

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
