Responsibilities
- Buyer Certification: Utilize our PLACE lead generation systems weekly to connect with potential buyers. Guide them through the process, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them find their perfect homes.
- Seller Certification: Consult with sellers to list their properties. Use your expertise in pricing, staging, and our listing services to make their homes stand out.
- BRIVITY CRM: Stay organized with our advanced PLACE (Brivity) Technology, ensuring you keep track of all your tasks and activities efficiently.
- Open House Certification: Host two open houses each month, showcasing properties and generating leads. Turn these opportunities into appointments and help potential clients become happy homeowners.
- Skill Development: Participate in weekly script practice sessions to enhance your communication skills. Enjoy team activities that foster a fun and collaborative environment.
- Personalized Coaching: Benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to continually grow your knowledge and stay ahead in the market.

Compensation
$75,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
