Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch and participate in ongoing team training
Commit to learning the fundamentals of real estate sales, service, contracts, lead generation, and client care
Execute weekly lead generation systems and follow-up plans
Make calls, have conversations, and build relationships with potential clients
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer agreements
Educate buyers on the home buying process, expectations, timelines, and next steps
Help buyers identify homes and navigate the purchasing process
Support sellers through pricing, preparation, marketing, and listing strategy as you grow into the role
Learn to write and negotiate offers with confidence and professionalism
Track tasks, activities, opportunities, and client communication in PLACE technology
Participate in weekly coaching, team meetings, trainings, and skill-building sessions
Attend script practice and use proven dialogues to improve confidence and conversion
Host open houses as part of your business growth plan
Follow team standards, systems, and accountability expectations
Ask questions, seek feedback, and apply what you are learning
Deliver a high level of client service and represent Elite Realty Group professionally in the community
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, growth-focused team culture
This is a commission-based career opportunity.
Income depends on your activity, consistency, skill development, appointments, clients served, closings, and implementation of the systems.

Qualifications
Active real estate license required, or currently working toward licensure
No prior real estate sales experience required
Committed to building a full-time real estate career
Willing and able to work 40 hours per week to build the business
Self-motivated, driven, and willing to take ownership of your results
Growth-minded, learning-based, and open to coaching
Willing to follow proven systems instead of trying to reinvent the wheel on day one
Comfortable making calls, talking to people, and building relationships
Resilient enough to hear “no” and keep going
Organized enough to track activities, follow up, and honor commitments
Positive, professional, and solutions-focused
Willing to practice scripts, improve skills, and get better on purpose
Servant-hearted and committed to helping clients make wise decisions
Accountable to goals, standards, activities, and results
Able to manage time, distractions, and priorities in a commission-based career
Excited by the opportunity to build a business with unlimited income potential

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
