- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch and master proven lead-generation systems.
- Consult with buyers and sellers to make their real estate dreams a reality.
- Negotiate offers, host open houses, and close deals with confidence.
- Stay accountable with task tracking, weekly coaching, and skill practice.
- Show up as a team player who contributes, collaborates, and celebrates wins.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$65,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
