Responsibilities

  • Lead generate in our office for a min. 10 hours a week
  • Conduct open houses
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Track tasks and activities in the database -Brivity
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily script/roll-play per team standards
  • Participate in team client events and activities

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Proven track record with 10+ transactions or $2M+ in production annually.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-centric approach and a passion for service.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.

Compensation

$55,000 - $105,000 USD Yearly
