Responsibilities

- Successfully complete all required real estate licensing exams and secure active licensure.
- Register with TREC, NAR, and LERA upon licensing, ensuring full compliance and professional alignment.
- Graduate from the Rise Property Group Launch program, powered by PLACE, establishing a strong operational and production foundation.
- Engage consistently in our weekly lead generation systems, building disciplined habits that create sustainable opportunity.
- Begin conducting buyer consultations, working toward securing 1–2 signed buyer representation agreements per month and identifying appropriate homes that align with client goals.
- Support and participate in negotiations on behalf of buyers and sellers (1–2 per month) under guidance, developing skill and confidence in advocacy.
- Maintain organized, accurate records of all communication, tasks, and pipeline activity within team technology platforms.
- Assist in hosting two intentional open houses each month, strengthening market presence and relationship building.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into 2–3 qualified appointments per month, establishing consistent forward momentum.
- Actively participate in weekly script practice and team initiatives, sharpening communication skills in alignment with team standards.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls, embracing a growth-centered development path.
- Begin consulting with sellers to convert opportunities into listings and assist in executing strategic marketing plans.
- Develop competency in pricing strategy, property preparation, staging guidance, and listing services to provide knowledgeable and professional support.
This position is designed as a structured launch into a high-standard real estate career — pairing accountability, mentorship, and practical experience to cultivate confidence and long-term success.

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
