Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training
- Consult buyers, secure agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
- Host open houses monthly
- Weekly script practice and team activities
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Consult sellers, secure listings, and market homes
Qualifications
- We’re Looking For Agents Who:
- Hold a valid real estate license
- Enjoy connecting with people and service oriented
- Are open to learning lead generation and follow-up strategies
- Are willing to work team-provided leads
- Value accountability and consistent training
- Open to strengthening their communication skills

Compensation
$78,750 - $105,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
