Grow your career in real estate as a newly licensed Real Estate Agent. Becoming a successful real estate agent is all about building skills and knowledge. Showing homes is easy. Learning the art of sales, negotiations, contract writing, and marketing all takes time and a strategy. We'll invest the time to help you learn all it takes to become a successful agent.
Responsibilities
- Lead generate for 15 hours a week
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$45,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
