Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities | Real Estate Agent
  • Successfully complete the Rise Property Group Launch program, powered by PLACE, building a disciplined foundation for long-term production and service.
  • Execute our proven weekly lead generation systems with consistency and focus, driving sustainable business growth.
  • Conduct high-level buyer consultations, secure signed representation agreements, and guide 2–3 clients per month through the home search process with clarity and confidence.
  • Skillfully negotiate 1–2 transactions per month on behalf of buyers and sellers, advocating strategically while protecting client interests.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of all client communication, tasks, and pipeline activity within the team’s technology platforms.
  • Host two intentional, well-prepared open houses each month to generate meaningful connections and expand market presence.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into 3–4 qualified appointments per month, ensuring consistent forward momentum.
  • Participate in weekly script practice, refining communication and objection-handling skills in alignment with team standards.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, initiatives, and collaborative activities that strengthen culture and accountability.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls, embracing ongoing development and performance growth.
  • Lead professional seller consultations, secure listing agreements, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to position properties effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, property preparation, staging guidance, and all listing-related services to deliver a polished, results-driven client experience.

  • A licensed real estate professional committed to operating with integrity and high standards.
  • Learning-oriented and growth-minded, open to coaching and committed to continual skill development.
  • Organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willing to master proven scripts and dialogues, understanding that preparation drives confidence and results.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to execute consistently without constant supervision.

Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
