Your Opportunity
Are you a Military Relocation Specialist with a passion for serving those who serve? We’re looking for a dedicated, relationship-driven real estate professional who understands the unique needs of active-duty military members, veterans, and their families as they transition in and out of the Colorado Springs area.
As part of The Artisan Group, one of Colorado Springs’ and Fountain's most trusted and top-producing real estate teams, you’ll work in a full-service environment that provides the systems, support, and leadership you need to thrive — without sacrificing your independence or authenticity.
Your area of focus will be Southern Colorado Springs and Fountain, Colorado, and its surrounding neighborhoods, including Lorson Ranch, Bradley Ranch, Little Ranches, Cumberland Green, Heritage, Cross Creek, and Mesa Ridge. You’ll use your local expertise and understanding of military life to guide buyers and sellers through smooth, confident transactions.
This role is ideal for an agent with a military or military-spouse background, or professional designations such as MRP (Military Relocation Professional) or Certified Military Residential Specialist. You’ll spend your days consulting with clients, hosting open houses, negotiating offers, and staying on top of market activity — all while backed by our marketing, operations, and transaction support team so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and changing lives.
If you’re a mission-driven agent who takes pride in service, community, and results, this is your chance to grow your business while making a meaningful impact every day.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Graduate from PLACE Launch and consistently implement team systems
- Execute lead-generation activities weekly using proven PLACE strategies
- Stay on top of all market activity in Fountain and southern El Paso County, including new listings, price changes, and pending sales
- Serve and consult with military families and local buyers to identify homes, secure signed agreements, and guide them confidently through relocation or purchase processes
- Consult with sellers to list, market, and successfully sell their homes with strategies tailored to PCS timelines and relocation needs
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing presentations, especially for homes in and around the Fort Carson area
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers to achieve smooth, win-win outcomes
- Host at least two open houses per month to expand visibility and generate new leads
- Track tasks and activities within PLACE Technology to stay organized and accountable
- Convert prospecting and lead-generation efforts into qualified appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice, coaching sessions, and team trainings to continually sharpen your skills
- Engage fully in team activities and weekly Partner Calls to stay connected and aligned with goals
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated professional with a deep commitment to service and community. Whether through personal experience, military affiliation, or a strong understanding of military life, you know how to guide clients through transitions with empathy, precision, and confidence.
Building rapport comes naturally — you listen carefully, identify needs quickly, and deliver smart, strategic solutions. You thrive on prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building, and you’re confident navigating challenges and negotiations with calm professionalism. You communicate clearly, follow through on your promises, and bring integrity and teamwork to everything you do.
Requirements and Attributes:
- Active Colorado real estate license
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience (experience serving military clients or familiarity with Fountain and southern El Paso County preferred)
- Military or military-spouse background, or designations such as MRP (Military Relocation Professional) or Certified Military Residential Specialist, are preferred but not mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who thrives in a supportive, high-accountability environment
- Learning-based and growth-minded, eager to refine skills and adopt proven systems
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
- Comfortable learning and using scripts, dialogues, and PLACE Technology tools
Compensation
$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
