Responsibilities
As a newly licensed agent, or agent who hasn't been hitting the production numbers you'd like, we will have you:
- Graduate from PLACE Launch, a program that gives you all of the tools you need to succeed
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly with your database
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify/show homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Conduct open houses weekly (your own listings or for other team listings)
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ sales and/or customer service experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player
Compensation
$70,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
