• Grow the New Agent Mentor Program to 5 realtors in the program at any given time.
• Coach and Support new realtors in the Launch process through PLACE: target 50% graduation rate and 3 pieces of business upon completion of Launch.
• Conduct 3 new agent recruiting/screening appointments per week
• Conduct weekly power-ups for team members
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with new agents
• Host monthly career night
• Ensure New Agents are Listing and Buyer Certified within 60 days of completing Launch.
• Be proficient and demonstrate a high level of knowledge in Brivity CRM.
• Serve buyers and sellers in your personal production.

• Licensed Real Estate Professional
• Team Player
• Track record of 50 real estate closed sales in the last 3-4 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning-based, growth-minded 
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
• Excellent time management skills

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
