• Graduate from our PLACE launch program - We have an incredible 86 onboarding & launch program that will coach you on everything you need to know to be a successful agent in today’s market.
• Lead generate to build a pipeline and database using proven techniques & strategies
• Provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Show homes, write offers, & negotiate contracts.
