Responsibilities
- Launch your career fast by graduating from PLACE Launch and executing proven lead generation systems
- Work with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and deliver a top-tier client experience
- Host at least two open houses each month and turn prospecting into appointments
- Track your progress and tasks using PLACE Technology for maximum results
- Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching sessions, and team trainings
- Master listing presentations, pricing strategies, staging, and marketing for your sellers
- Stay plugged into team activities, Partner Calls, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, growth-minded, and committed to continuous learning
- Willingness to learn and master scripts and dialogues

Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
