Job Summary

The Platz Group is seeking dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agents, both licensed and unlicensed, to join our team at our Boise office located at 1065 S Allante Pl. As a Real Estate Agent with The Platz Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and renting properties. What You’ll Do: 

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Skills You Have:

• Licensed real estate professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

$50,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
