Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Utilize PLACE lead generation tools consistently on a weekly basis.
  • Guide buyers through the entire home buying process, securing signed contracts and identifying suitable properties.
  • Represent both buyers and sellers during offer negotiations.
  • Document all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology.
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions according to team guidelines.
  • Engage actively in team events as expected.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market homes effectively.
  • Leverage expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services to assist sellers.

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car.
  • Must possess or be actively pursuing a valid Washington Real Estate License (assistance available for licensing).

Compensation

$80,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
