Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program with success.
  • Consistently apply PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis.
  • Assist buyers throughout the home purchasing journey, obtaining signed contracts and identifying ideal properties.
  • Represent both buyers and sellers in offer negotiations.
  • Record all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Conduct at least two open houses every month.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments.
  • Take part in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols.
  • Actively participate in team events in line with team expectations.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Counsel sellers, obtain property listings, and promote homes effectively.
  • Apply knowledge of pricing, staging, and other listing services to support sellers.

  • Must hold or be actively pursuing a valid Washington Real Estate License (support provided if not yet licensed).

  • Willingness to embrace and master new tools, systems, and technologies.

Compensation

$80,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
