Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Utilize PLACE lead generation tools consistently on a weekly basis.
- Guide buyers through the entire home buying process, securing signed contracts and identifying suitable properties.
- Represent both buyers and sellers during offer negotiations.
- Document all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology.
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions according to team guidelines.
- Engage actively in team events as expected.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market homes effectively.
- Leverage expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services to assist sellers.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Must possess or be actively pursuing a valid Washington Real Estate License (assistance available for those not yet licensed).

- Open to learning and mastering new technologies, tools, and systems.
Compensation
$80,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
