Responsibilities

  1. Graduate from PLACE Launch - the industry's leading training program: This responsibility is crucial as it ensures that you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the real estate industry. Continuing education is vital for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  2. Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly: Generating leads is essential for building a client base and growing your business. Consistently executing lead generation systems ensures a steady flow of potential clients, ultimately leading to increased sales opportunities.
  3. Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes: By effectively consulting with buyers and guiding them through the home buying process, you establish trust and credibility. Converting leads into signed agreements is essential for securing clients and facilitating successful transactions.
  4. Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers: Negotiation skills are critical in real estate transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers. Effective negotiation can result in securing the best possible deals for your clients and building long-term relationships.
  5. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology: Utilizing technology for task and activity tracking streamlines workflow and organization. It ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and allows for efficient management of client interactions and transactions.
  6. Conduct two open houses monthly: Hosting open houses is an effective way to showcase properties to potential buyers and generate leads. It provides an opportunity to engage with prospective clients and demonstrate your expertise in the market.
  7. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments: Converting prospecting efforts into appointments is key to progressing leads through the sales funnel. Qualifications
