Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a reliable lead generation system utilizing Brivity CRM, BullseyeAI, and your personal network
  • Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and assist clients throughout the home search and offer submission process
  • List and promote seller properties leveraging Brivity Marketer, professional photography, and United’s national marketing platform, reaching over 800,000 opt-in buyers
  • Represent buyers and sellers in offer negotiations, prioritizing client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Record all activities, tasks, and client interactions in Brivity CRM to ensure clear pipeline management and accountability
  • Engage in 90-day agent agent on-boarding program, including weekly business planning and GPS 1-3-5 goal tracking
  • Participate in optional team training, script rehearsals, and market update calls to enhance skills and expand market expertise
  • Take advantage of continuous learning opportunities through United’s BullseyeAI Learning Academy, offering 24/7 on-demand training at no extra cost
  • Explore wealth-building strategies via United’s URESI program, an innovative investment curriculum designed to help agents grow residential real estate portfolios alongside their sales career

Qualifications

  • Possession of a current, valid Colorado real estate license in good standing
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to independently organize your schedule and drive business growth
  • Committed to exceptional client service and maintaining high ethical standards
  • Willingness to learn and consistently apply proven systems and scripts
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or transaction management software
  • Skilled in leveraging social media for business development

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
