• Successfully complete the intensive career accelerator program, PLACE Launch
• Consistently generate leads each week utilizing established PLACE systems
• Assist buyers and sellers by providing expert guidance, negotiating terms, and closing transactions
• Conduct a minimum of 2 open houses per month
• Maintain detailed records of all activities and monitor pipeline status using PLACE Technology
• Dedicate time weekly to 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and script rehearsals
• Engage actively in team events and contribute to fostering a positive team culture
• Develop your real estate business while maintaining active production and continuously enhancing your skills

• Possession of a current Oregon Broker real estate license (mandatory)
• Minimum of one year experience in the real estate industry (desired)
• Innate ability to communicate and negotiate with confidence
• Driven by competition and motivated to achieve continuous growth
• Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management
• Commitment to adhering to scripts, maintaining accountability, and pursuing ongoing education

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
