• Implement and execute proven lead generation strategies daily
  Consistent lead generation is the foundation for predictable income and long-term growth
• Convert conversations into appointments and signed agreements
  Strong conversion skills are key to building a scalable and profitable business
• Consult with buyers to understand needs and guide them to the right homes
  Deliver a high-level client experience that leads to confident decision-making
• Consult with sellers, win listings, and position properties strategically
  Use pricing, marketing, and presentation to drive results and stand out in the market
• Negotiate contracts with confidence on behalf of clients
  Protect your clients while ensuring smooth and successful transactions
• Leverage open houses and prospecting to expand your pipeline
  Continuously create new opportunities and grow your network
• Track all activities and performance within team systems and technology
  Stay organized, accountable, and focused on measurable results
• Participate in coaching, training, and script practice consistently
  Sharpen your skills and continue to grow at a high level

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Minimum 3+ years of real estate experience preferred
• Strong desire to grow, scale, and increase production
• Confident in prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Coachable, accountable, and open to feedback
• Organized with strong time management habits
• Competitive, driven, and results-oriented
