• Graduate from our proprietary 90-day Agent Launch Program
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in our streamlined tech platform
• Conduct 4 open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly dialogue practice with the team
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings & PLACE Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are a self-driven sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. You understand the power of self-leadership paired with a dynamic team – we are stronger together! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are articulate & have high emotional intelligence.

• You have an active Oregon Real Estate License and 3+ years of experience
• You are an excellent communicator and enjoy building new relationships
• You are driven and enjoy healthy competition
• You are a creative problem-solver, with a high level of integrity
• You have excellent time management skills
• You will start your weekdays in our office in Wilsonville, OR
• You lean into accountability
• You understand the importance of commitment & follow through
• You are able to analyze clients’ needs and wants and work to find solutions for them
• You are learning based & coachable
• You are earnings-motivated
• You value a healthy, supportive team culture
• You are a High school graduate

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
