How You'll SUCCEED in this Role:

As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional CLIENT experiences while growing your business with confidence and support.

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting homes with professionalism and care
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of TRENDS and pricing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent COMMUNICATION
• Coordinate and host property showings and open HOUSES
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable outcomes for CLIENTS
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing TRAINING
• Leverage advanced technology and marketing tools to promote LISTINGS and grow your pipeline

What We're Looking For:

• Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
