• This Role Is a Fit If You:
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a results-driven environment
• Hold an active real estate license
• Have 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience (experience with high volume is a bonus)
• Are comfortable using Zillow, CRM tools, and responding quickly
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken
• Are eager to learn, grow, and take feedback
• Stay organized and follow up daily without needing reminders
• Are willing to learn and use proven scripts and conversion techniques
• Manage your time well and juggle multiple clients smoothly
