Responsibilities
Graduate from Our Agent Launch Program
If you show up, we show up.
Our proven 86-Day Agent Launch teaches you everything you need to become a successful Realtor in today’s market while connecting you with agents across the United States and Canada going through training alongside you.
Average new agents close or have pending 3.4 transactions during this time. Experienced agents average 9.3.
Work with Buyers & Sellers
- Conduct listing appointments and convert seller opportunities
- Help sellers strategically market their homes and maximize their net proceeds
- Guide buyers through home searches and provide detailed written feedback to refine criteria
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Deliver a high-level client experience built on communication and trust
Lead Generate Consistently
- Commit to at least 10 hours per week of lead generation
- Make outbound calls, set appointments, and convert opportunities
- Use proven scripts and coaching to improve confidence and conversion
This is the right team for agents willing to show up, work hard, and execute.
Host Open Houses
- Conduct at least 3 open houses per month
- Use our proven open house strategies to generate more traffic, more leads, and better follow-up
- Enjoy one weekend off each month for work-life balance
Participate in Team Activities
- Attend the office 3 or more days per week
- Participate in script practice, team meetings, prospecting sessions, and coaching
- Engage in client appreciation events, social media initiatives, and community outreach
- Collaborate with teammates who are equally committed to growth
Commit to Accountability & Communication
- Attend weekly group coaching, training sessions, and partner calls
- Track tasks, appointments, and conversations through PLACE Technology
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership, teammates, and clients

Qualifications
We’re looking for agents with untapped potential—people who are ready to learn, execute, and grow.
You’re a Great Fit If You Are:
- A licensed Realtor (or actively pursuing your real estate license)
- People-oriented and relationship-driven
- Highly motivated and hungry for success
- Strong at building rapport and listening to client needs
- Comfortable prospecting and generating business
- Skilled at overcoming objections
- A confident communicator
- Learning-based and highly coachable
- Ambitious with a track record of follow-through
- Organized—or willing to use systems that keep you organized
- Open to learning new scripts and dialogues
- Excellent at time management
- Willing to be in the office 3+ days per week
- Comfortable spending significant time driving between appointments
- Passionate about serving your community and making an impact
- A team player with a positive attitude
- High school graduate or equivalent

Compensation
$125,000 - $225,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
