Responsibilities
Complete Our Agent Launch Program
Graduate from our proven 86-Day Agent Launch, designed to teach you everything you need to succeed in today’s real estate market. You'll train alongside agents across the United States and Canada while receiving hands-on support every step of the way.
Average new agents close or have pending 3.4 transactions during launch. Experienced agents average 9.3.
Serve Buyers and Sellers at a High Level
- Conduct listing appointments and convert seller opportunities
- Market homes using proven systems and strategies
- Help sellers maximize their net proceeds
- Assist buyers by refining search criteria and providing exceptional communication throughout the process
- Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients
Lead Generate Consistently
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week of lead generation
- Make outbound calls, set appointments, and convert opportunities
- Utilize provided scripts, systems, and coaching to improve conversion skills
Host Open Houses
- Conduct at least 3 open houses per month
- Leverage our proven open house systems to maximize attendance, capture leads, and convert opportunities
- Maintain work-life balance with one weekend off each month
Participate in Team Activities
- Attend office at least 3 days per week
- Participate in script practice, team meetings, coaching sessions, client events, and collaborative prospecting activities
- Engage in social media, community outreach, and relationship-building initiatives
Commit to Growth & Accountability
- Attend weekly group coaching, training, and partner calls
- Track tasks, appointments, and communication through PLACE Technology
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership, clients, and teammates
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and committed to building a long-term career in real estate.

Compensation
$125,000 - $225,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
