Responsibilities
Graduate from Our Agent Launch Program
If you show up, we show up.
Our proven 86-Day Agent Launch teaches you the skills, systems, and strategies needed to succeed in today’s market while connecting you with agents across the United States and Canada training alongside you.
Average new agents close or have pending 3.4 transactions during this time. Experienced agents average 9.3.
Serve Buyers & Sellers
- Conduct listing appointments and convert seller opportunities
- Market homes effectively and help sellers maximize their returns
- Assist buyers throughout the home search and purchasing process
- Provide detailed communication and written feedback to clients
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Deliver an exceptional client experience built on trust and professionalism
Lead Generate Consistently
- Commit to at least 10 hours per week of lead generation
- Make outbound calls, set appointments, and convert opportunities
- Follow proven scripts, systems, and accountability plans
This is a strong fit for agents who are coachable, committed, and ready to put in consistent effort.
Host Open Houses
- Conduct at least 3 open houses per month
- Use our proven systems to improve attendance, lead conversion, and follow-up
- Maintain work-life balance with one weekend off each month
Participate in Team Activities
- Attend the office 3 or more days each week
- Participate in script practice, coaching sessions, prospecting activities, and team meetings
- Join client events, community outreach initiatives, and collaborative growth activities
- Work alongside professionals committed to building together—not competing internally
Commit to Accountability & Communication
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and partner calls
- Track tasks, appointments, and activities through PLACE Technology
- Maintain strong communication with clients, leadership, and teammates

Qualifications

- A licensed Realtor (or actively pursuing your real estate license)

- Strong at communication and building rapport
- Comfortable prospecting and generating business
- Coachable and open to learning proven systems
- Organized or willing to follow structured processes
- A team player who values collaboration
- Positive, professional, and accountable
- Able to manage time effectively and stay consistent
- Willing to work from the office 3+ days per week
- Comfortable spending time driving between appointments
- Passionate about helping clients and serving your community
- High school graduate or equivalent

Compensation
$125,000 - $225,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
