As a Real Estate Sales Agent on our team, you’ll engage with qualified buyers and sellers, backed by effective marketing strategies, operational tools, and efficient systems that let you concentrate on what you do best—building relationships and closing deals. You’ll also benefit from continuous training, mentorship, and a collaborative culture designed to help you take your business to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training and seamlessly integrate into team workflows
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly schedule
- Transform prospecting efforts and lead generation into scheduled client appointments
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both buyers and sellers
- Advise buyers, obtain signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties effectively
- Apply expert knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services to maximize results
- Facilitate property showings, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts for clients
- Record and manage tasks, activities, and client communications using PLACE Technology
- Host at least two open houses each month to showcase properties
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals and participate in team events as required
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Provide exceptional client service from initial contact through to closing
Qualifications
- Valid and current real estate license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Driven and ambitious with a commitment to personal and professional growth
- Receptive to guidance and eager to adopt established methods
- Skilled in time management and organizational tasks
- Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
