As a Real Estate Sales Agent with us, you’ll work with qualified buyers and sellers while leveraging proven marketing techniques, operational assistance, and streamlined systems that allow you to focus on your strengths—building connections and closing deals. You’ll also benefit from ongoing training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment designed to help you elevate your business.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch and fully integrate into team systems
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Consult with sellers, convert listings, and effectively market properties
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services
  • Conduct showings, write offers, and negotiate contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers
  • Track tasks, activities, and client interactions in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Deliver a high-level client experience from first contact through closing

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow and succeed
  • Coachable and open to learning proven systems
  • Ability to manage time and stay organized
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
