Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
- Actively take part in team events and initiatives as required
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for clients
- Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and activities
Qualifications
- Motivated sales professional with a strong competitive spirit
- Experienced in building relationships, identifying client requirements, and offering customized solutions
- Skilled in lead generation and prospecting activities
- Confident in managing and overcoming objections
- Clear and persuasive communicator focused on providing outstanding service
- Cooperative and supportive team player
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedicated to ongoing education and self-improvement
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn and apply scripts and conversational strategies
- Effective at managing time and prioritizing tasks
- Previous real estate experience is a plus
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
