As a Real Estate Agent with Gold Standard Realty, you’ll leverage cutting-edge tools, personalized coaching, and a supportive team environment to grow your business and deliver exceptional experiences. • Guide clients through all phases of the real estate transaction—from prospecting and listing to closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Market properties effectively using digital platforms, social media, open houses, and traditional outreach.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and navigate contracts in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Manage your own business pipeline, lead generation, and follow-up activities.

• Current NJ Real Estate License (preferred; new agents encouraged to apply).
• No experience necessary. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

$75,000 - $145,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
