Responsibilities

  • Launch fast, full-time: Graduate from PLACE Launch and step into a proven success path—no guesswork.
  • Consistent, quality pipeline: Execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly to turn prospecting into booked appointments and signed buyer agreements.
  • More closings, sooner: Convert buyers, identify the right homes, and move confidently from consult to contract to close.
  • Win at the negotiating table: Negotiate compelling offers for both buyers and sellers to maximize client outcomes and your commissions.
  • Leverage powerful tech: Track tasks, follow-ups, and deals in PLACE Technology so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Built-in opportunity flow: Host two open houses per month with team marketing support to meet more motivated clients.
  • Master the listing game: Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market homes with expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and positioning.
  • Sharpen your skills weekly: Script practice, trainings, and a Partner Call to keep your skills sharp and your conversion rates climbing.
  • 1:1 coaching & accountability: Weekly coaching that turns activity into predictable production and income growth.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$75,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
