• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Perform market analysis to keep abreast of property values, market trends, and competing listings.
• Draft and present purchase offers to sellers, negotiating on clients' behalf to achieve advantageous terms.
• Organize property viewings and open houses, offering prospective buyers comprehensive information and insights.
• Cultivate and sustain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate experts.
• Implement marketing tactics to advertise properties across various platforms, such as online listings and social media.
• Adhere to real estate laws and regulations, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

• Active Real Estate License in Alabama.
• Demonstrated experience in a Real Estate Agent position or a comparable role.
• In-depth understanding of the local property market and current trends.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Skilled in using real estate software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Client-centered mindset with a dedication to providing top-notch service.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain relationships with clients and industry peers.
• Dependable transportation and readiness to travel within the assigned region.

$70,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
