Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch training
  • Apply PLACE lead generation weekly
  • Guide buyers, secure agreements, and find properties
  • Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
  • Keep accurate records with PLACE Technology
  • Host at least two open houses monthly
  • Convert leads into appointments
  • Practice scripts weekly per team standards
  • Attend team meetings and events
  • Participate in weekly coaching and training
  • Obtain listings and market seller properties
  • Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of California
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Tracy and surrounding areas
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical business practices

Compensation

$75,000 - $149,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
