Please note: This is a 100% commission-based position. Compensation estimates assume closing 1 to 2 sales per month, with your earnings directly tied to your effort and results.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Consistently execute our proven lead generation model to prospect for new clients, follow up on leads, and secure solid client appointments.
- Client Representation & Guidance: Expertly guide both buyer and seller clients through the entire real estate transaction, from the initial consultation and market analysis to a successful closing.
- Negotiation & Transaction Management: Advise clients on pricing, staging, and market strategy while skillfully negotiating contracts to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Cultivate Deep Market Expertise: Proactively study local market trends, inventory, and data to serve as a trusted advisor, empowering clients to make informed and confident decisions.
- Skill Development & Coaching: Commit to continuous growth by completing our launch program and actively participating in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and partner calls.
- Technology & Systems Adoption: Leverage our full suite of industry-leading technology to streamline your workflow, manage your client pipeline, and stay organized.
Qualifications
Required:
- An active Oregon or Washington Real Estate License is REQUIRED.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales professional with a track record of prospecting, generating leads, and converting them into clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM software and digital tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly.

Compensation
$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
