• Successfully complete the in-depth PLACE Launch training program aimed at fast-tracking your real estate career
• Generate consistent weekly leads by leveraging proven PLACE systems
• Work closely with buyers and sellers to provide expert guidance, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently
• Host at least 2 open houses per month to present properties to potential buyers
• Keep accurate records of all activities and track your sales pipeline using PLACE Technology
• Allocate weekly time for personalized coaching, training workshops, and practicing scripts
• Participate actively in team gatherings and help nurture a supportive and positive team environment
• Grow your real estate business by maintaining steady production and continuously developing your skills and knowledge

• Possession of a current Oregon Broker real estate license (mandatory)
• Minimum of one year experience in real estate (desired)
• Innate confidence in both communication and negotiation
• Driven by a competitive mindset and eagerness for professional development
• Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management
• Commitment to adhering to scripts, maintaining accountability, and continuous learning

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
