Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads, referrals, and your existing database into signed buyer and listing agreements
  • List, market, and sell homes using proven systems and support from the team
  • Consult with clients on pricing strategy, market conditions, and timelines
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for your clients
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and follow-up within Brivity CRM
  • Participate in daily lead generation, prospecting, and database nurturing
  • Contribute to team culture, collaboration, and shared growthTypical Growth Path

Typical Growth Path:

The Agent Partner role is where most agents build a strong long-term real estate business.

As your production increases and you develop leadership within the organization, you may advance to the Senior Real Estate Agent Partner level, where additional leverage, leadership opportunities, and strategic partnerships become available.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license (or currently working toward obtaining one)
  • Strong work ethic and a learning-based mindset
  • Track record of closed transactions or strong sales background
  • Consistent lead generation habits and accountability to production goals
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to set clear expectations with clients
  • High standards for communication, follow-up, and client experience

Compensation

$85,000 - $135,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
