The Role
We’re looking for motivated, self-driven real estate agents who are passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes. As a VIBE agent, you’ll have access to powerful marketing, fresh leads, and leadership that is committed to your growth. You’ll run your business independently while being supported by a brokerage that prioritizes transparency, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions
  • Provide exceptional client service and market expertise
  • Manage your own book of business with the support of our tools and team
  • Collaborate with fellow VIBE agents to grow and share success

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  1. Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  3. Conduct market research, prepare comparative market analyses, and advise clients on pricing strategies.
  4. Market listings using VIBE Realty’s branding, tools, and innovative marketing resources.
  5. Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients.
  6. Stay up to date on local market trends, neighborhoods, and industry regulations.
  7. Manage and grow your personal book of business with the support of the brokerage.
  8. Collaborate with fellow VIBE agents and leadership to share knowledge and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota real estate license (or in the process of obtaining)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
  • Commitment to client service and professionalism

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
