Ideal Qualifications:

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one before working with clients)
• 3+ years of sales or client-service experience — real estate experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning-based and growth-minded, open to daily coaching and feedback
• Organized and self-managed, with excellent time management skills
• Willingness to learn proven scripts and dialogues that convert conversations into opportunities
