Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right homes.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Conduct two open houses each month.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards.
  • Engage in team activities as outlined by team guidelines.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
  • Advise sellers, obtain listings, and market properties effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

Qualifications

  • You have an innate passion for sales and a competitive spirit.
  • Proficient in building relationships, identifying client needs, and providing solutions.
  • Strong in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Naturally skilled at managing objections.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong commitment to service.
  • Effective team collaborator.
  • Possesses a valid real estate license.
  • More than 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Exceptional in both verbal and written communication.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and committed to personal growth.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
  • Exceptional time management skills.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
