• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Follow PLACE’s weekly lead-generation systems
• Work with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
• Keep tasks and activities updated in PLACE Technology
• Take advantage of the opportunity to host multiple open houses per month
• Convert prospecting and lead-generation activities into appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• Consult with sellers, win listings, and market properties
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services

You’re a motivated sales professional who loves connecting with people and helping them find solutions. You’re competitive, comfortable with lead generation, and confident handling objections. Communication is one of your strongest skills, and you’re committed to delivering excellent service.

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
