• Help clients - You'll be coached to navigate the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
• Show properties and share all the details about what makes each one special.
• Negotiate deals - We will teach you how to get the best terms for our clients.
• Keep up with the latest market trends, property values, and zoning laws to give clients the most accurate info.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, other real estate pros, and key contacts to grow our network.
• Handle paperwork like contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and leases.
• Use creative marketing to showcase properties through online listings, social media, and open houses.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$85,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
