Responsibilities
As a BeMAJOR Team Agent, you’ll learn how to serve clients with excellence while growing your skills, confidence, and business. Every step of the way, you’ll be supported with coaching, training, and hands-on guidance from our experienced team.
Your role will include:
- Helping clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting homes — creating a positive, stress-free experience from start to finish.
- Touring properties with clients and highlighting the unique features that make each one special.
- Learning the art of negotiation so you can confidently secure the best terms and outcomes for your clients.
- Staying informed on local market trends, property values, and community updates so you can provide accurate, trustworthy advice.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients, fellow agents, and community partners to grow your network and reputation.
- Managing essential paperwork — contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents — with accuracy and professionalism.
- Using creative marketing strategies to showcase listings through social media, online platforms, and open houses.

- Manages time efficiently and stays on top of tasks
Compensation
$85,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
